We’re offering a Butcher Class & Happy Hour Combo event on Saturday, April 6th. For $45 per person you’ll get to hang with Steve the butcher & Chef Matt while they breakdown a pig.

Join us for light snacks, Sterling Pig beer and hand-picked wine offerings from our Sommelier Megan to celebrate wine week! RIley Duffie from Artisan’s Cellar will also be around to talk pork pairings. (You’re also welcome to join us for dinner downstairs after the class with a separate reservation!).
